Dr Natasha Andreadis, a.k.a Dr Tash, is Sydney’s renowned fertility specialist and one of only 78 Certified Reproductive Endocrinologists and Infertility (CREI) sub-specialistsin Australia and New Zealand. This makes her uniquely qualified to manage infertility andhormonal issues. She takes a very integrated and practical approach when it comes to women’s health issues.
In this episode of Empowered Conversations I speak with Dr. Tash about how women can feel more empowered as they approach menopause or during their menstrual cycles. She is a big advocate of being curious, open-minded and staying informed. She redefines menstruation and menopause as seasonal cycles and encourages women to learn more so they can understand what is going on with their bodies and be able to make changes accordingly.
