How do we stay compassionate and keep our hearts open to others as we stand strong in our truth and what we believe in? Interested in the creative process from an early age, Sher Manu, a freelance choreographer, moved to Byron Bay from Sydney, after having her first child. It is here that she immersed herself in Anthroposophy, a philosophy founded by Rudolf Steiner, through her children’s education.
Along with the support of an open-minded community, Sher shares how life in Byron Bay has shaped her parenting, her attunement to life and her reconnection to her truth.
